The Minnesota Shrike... Now that name does sound somewhat familiar. Most of the big name serial killers that dominate the news are names that AM is familiar with. Curiosity, of course, to see what others had done in comparison to himself... As well as a sick fascination. He can't commit his crimes anymore, but he can almost live vicariously.

However, he can't think of the details off the top of his head. Just another serial killer targeting women, so it didn't register as much.
