Greetings, inmates!
The purpose of this meme is two-fold: one, to plot and plan threads with the other players in the game! That part is self-explanatory. You are encouraged to use this meme to plot closed logs with other players as there is no group intro log.
And two: to start feeling out a daily routine for your characters, what kind of relationships they have with the guards and NPC inmates, and what kind of reputation they have overall! Even new arrivals will start to get a reputation pretty quickly, so don't worry if your character isn't established yet.
This sort of background planning affects things like: the reputation each block has, characters that may be punished more or less than others, how easily characters will be able to bribe guards, which characters might be pegged as good potential snitches by the guards, and so on!

How long have they been at Obsidian?: 2 Years, currently.
Reputation Section
Does your character obey the rules, or try to skirt around them?: Harley does what she wants, depending on the day. Some days she seems completely fine with following some of the rules, other days she skirts around as many as she can. For the most part, she'll tend to skirt around half and obey the other half. But if she's having a day she'll seem to go out of her way to antagonise the guards, the same guards she might have been sharing pleasantries with the previous day. However, there are a few she seems to have grudges against that just set her off.
If your character is disobedient, what sort of rule-breaking would they engage in?: Harley has gotten in trouble for just about every rule in the prison, including attempting to critically injure a guard, that got her a long time in SHU. In general, she gets in trouble most for being far too mouthy or being that asshole nobody likes.
Has your character ever been to SHU?: Yes, she landed herself there for a long time (8 months).
Is your character social, or do they keep to themselves?: Harley talks to everyone and everything. She's carried on conversations with better looking prison food. (Most of which was titillating dirty talk.) If you're in Harley's vicinity, she's probably going to be overly chummy.
Is your character more of a leader or a follower? Or neither?: Most of Harley's life, she was a follower, she was a harlequin, nothing without a master. But after her emancipation of blowing up the chemical factory and giving the Joker and Black Mask a big pair of middle fingers, she's learning to be her own woman and stand on her own two feet. More often than not these days, she'd land in the leader category, even if it's through manipulation so she doesn't look like it.
What might they be doing on an average day?: Practicing her "aerial silks" by using her bed sheets tied to the cell bars. Flirting with, harassing, or generally chatting with the guards or nearby inmates. Reading whatever books she can get her hands on. She gets herself put outside a lot too, when the guards get fed up with dealing with her and hope that she's like a toddler and will work off some steam.
What's something about your character's behavior that the guards might like? What might they dislike?: The guards like laughing at her being a stupid dumbass, they also like her keen ability to shut annoying inmates down by psycho-analyzing them. I.E.: Someone harassing a guard and making a big fuss and she'll tell them to stop making their daddy issues so obvious and sit down, and then explain to them how they are, etc. However the guards generally don't like her and she's known as the "crazy clown bitch" by guards and a lot of older inmates alike.
A lot of the guards are wary of her and her ability to turn on a dime or be able to turn just about anything into a weapon. She isn't allowed to have a cellmate and the guards are supposed to sedate or make sure she's completely secure when interacting with her in her cell, due to a circumstance that the guards don't like to talk about and very few people actually know the real details of.
How is your character perceived by other inmates, in their block and outside of it?: As stated previously, she's well known as the "crazy clown bitch", but the oldest inmates and guards might also remember her from when she worked with them as Dr. Harleen Quinzel. That was before she lost her shit, jumped into a vat of chemicals and scrambled her brain for an asshole. But those that do come to befriend her, notice she's slightly loyal to those she decides she likes. She's been seen to harass guards picking on someone she likes so they turn their wrath on her instead.
If they asked around, what might other PCs hear about your character?: That she was dating the crime king himself, the Joker. She's sleeping with [so and so / a guard ]. She's a sadomasochist. She killed a guy who put a hit out on her. She's crazy. She's only pretending to be crazy. She used to be a head doctor. She's the reason that Margo chick is missing an eye. She once attacked/killed a bunch of guards.
Where would you like your character to end up, in terms of reputation and their role in their block and the prison as a whole?: I want her to go from letting the boys in b block slap fight each other and think they run the place to realising it's Harley fuckin' Quinn. I'd also love for her to go from just surviving to actually finding people she connects with. I'd also like her to continue on with the girl power theme of BOP.
What does your character think of the Anomaly?: Harley believes in it, she also thinks it's her way out of this joint, even if she's afraid of it. She's also afraid that she's a guinea pig in a bad scifi horror movie.
Plotting Section
CR You Want: Friends, enemies, gal pals, flirtations, let's get this girl a hot lady to play tonsil tag with, possibly someone to get protective over.
CR You Can Offer: I can offer just about anything. Harley can rub anyone just about any way. If someone needs an antagonist, I can probably help with that.
Current Plans: She's going to put way too much sugar in all the food as meal prep and say she thought it was salt, enjoy it assholes.

Squalo's not difficult to manipulate and has a whole galore of shit for her to hold over his head (rage issues, mommy issues, abandonment issues, vanity issues.......), and depending how she handles him he could end up supporting her eventual rise to queendom, so, you know.
