What were they arrested for?: Drug-Related offences, bribing federal and legal officials.

How long is their sentence?: 30 years, with a chance of parole.

How long have they been at Obsidian?: New.

Character Description: Eliot basically one of the major drug players in the US. He charges a premium price for his product, but it's because it's good shit and everyone knows that when you get drugs from his operation, it's pure and the best quality. The feds have been trying to bring him and his operation down for ages, but Eliot is stupidly charming (one of the reasons he even shot to such high status for his age), and even when he goes to court, the jury just can't seem to give him a guilty sentence. He has prior arrests due to possession (the reason he's so good at what he does is because, as a self-proclaimed addict, he's tried pretty much everything there is to try), but those were in his Pre-Drug Lord Days. He also has been found guilty of bribing officers and other important figures, such as judges / lawyers / district attorneys. There's a rumour he's also slept with them and, really, no one doubts it. There's also at least two murders Eliot's been linked two but there's never been enough evidence to bring him down on it, whether as the one who committed them or as an accessory to them.

He's also never really been properly challenged because there are rumours that he's witchy and he's used ~rituals~ to curse people that have tried to cross him. Is it true? We just don't know.

Potential CR wanted:

Eliot being "the guy" to go to if you want any contraband.

Potential rivals in the drug game.

People Eliot can continue to sweet talk / charm into being on his side if needed.

Scratch his back, and he'll scratch yours.

And basically everything else.

Drugs you say? Jay would definitely be interested in coming to him for contraband (probably mostly drugs) and is willing to uh, scratch a back if need be.

As discussed on plurk, please get Billy involved in the drug game, he is vulnerable and wants to be a tough guy in with the big players. He's buff and his crime kinda freaks some people out so he has that to offer.

Jack's going to need a guy, and what better guy to go to than Eliot? They may even have gotten along on the outside, but in captivity, he's going to want to socialize on a more professional level, at least at first. He's a prince, and that may not mean much at the moment, but he knows how to scratch backs.

Ogata's not into drugs, but he is into mutually beneficial relationships. He'll do shifty shit for you if you'll do shifty shit for him. Maybe smuggle a weapon in someday, or get a message out for him.
